"Building Blocks" is designed to bring all elements of hip hop & all ages of people in our community together to LEARN, TEACH, HAVE FUN, and most of all: BUILD. There are few opportunities in Burlington to attend or host hip-hop shows outside of the nightlife, which in turn often excludes the youth. This event aims to give the community a place to watch, learn, participate in, & perform our art forms. To provide the tools and knowledge necessary to continue building these art forms on their own, after they leave the Dojo. To provide the building blocks to our neighbors necessary to build up our city blocks.
