Injury prevention starts with:
- PREPARATION: safe preparation and warm-up for dancers
- PERFORMANCE: specificity of strength and conditioning for dancers
- PREVENTION: self treatment, injury management & recovery
- & when to seek professional advice
This session is a mix of theory principles and practical tips based on 13 years of clinical experience and the latest evidence based practice in sports injury management, with 15 years of Breaking experience.
Open to all dancers from all genres/ styles.
