By December, the world’s 4 most important international break dance events have crowned this year’s winners: Freestyle Session in USA (www.freestylesession.com), UK B-Boy Championships in UK (www.bboychampionships.com), R-16 in Korea (www.r16korea.com) and Battle Of The Year in Germany (www.boty.de). BOE will bring all the winning crews from the four events to compete in Estonia, as well as the five top ranking break crews of the year (http://bboyrankingz.com/en/) to settle the score and crown the true masters of the year.
BOE is unique - we don´t have preliminary competitions around the world. Everyone can come and prove himself on spot through the eliminations with all the world masters. Just be a man and be here!
BOE (previously known as Battle of EST) is a top international event of hip-hop culture, featuring mainly break and hip-hop dancing competitions. Through the years the competition has seen some of the most legendary dancing and definitely has become the biggest break dance festivals in all of Northern/Eastern Europe.
Founded in 2001, BOE 2013 will be the 13th time that the competition goes down, and the 2nd time for the competition to take place in the World Masters format.
In addition to crew battles, the competition boasts also 1 vs 1 popping, hip-hop and b-boy categories. BOE also features masterclasses and workshops in Tallinn and Tartu.
