Australia' First Urban Spirit Edition has come ! Originally a concept from French West Indies we have extended the concept to Australia. Our aim? Keep our culture alive, spreading the values and right mentality. Dancers and artists from all over Australia will have the opportunnity to share, connect, learn, exchange and promote themselves through this amazing platform which bringing all the arts community in the same spot and breaking boundaries/limits of our dance scenes to get everyone together and challenge ourselves in new ways ! We are looking forward to make an exchange of culture between Australians and Carribeans as well as the history / roots / lifestyle and scenes are pretty similar !
This is a freestyle competition happenning every last sunday of each month ! Annual ranked competition with points. Everytime you enter a category you have 1 point, everytime you win you get 3 and you can do this every edition in the hope to get in the top 6 at the end of the year and compete for the "Best Dancer of the Year title :-)

First Australia's Dancehall vs Afro 2 vs 2 category
NO age Limit - Teenagers WELCOME :-)
These scenes are very linked but not enough put together. It doesn't matter if you are doing Afro , dancehall or BOTH, Just get your mate and register :-) every round : 1 round on Afro Beat , 1 on dancehall , dont forget you can mix these 2 styles in your freestyles/ combos .
FINAL : you will be dancing on Live Drum band and will have to dance bare feet to connect with the roots of those 2 styles !
