The most anticipated urban dance festival in Luxembourg!
Each year, GC Battles tries to present to the public in Luxembourg and the Grand Region the most innovative dancers from the international scene.
A jury composed of internationally renowned dancers will crown a champion in each category.
The champions will return the following year to defend their title: in 2017, it is the Moroccan group Hala King Zoo, winner Breakdance, the Swiss group Heroes / DBZ, winner Allstyles, and the German group 1stCUT, winner Contest Choreography.
Internationally renowned DJs will be on stage during the contest.
- Qualifications are open to all dancers of different nationality and level.
- Dancers interested in the battle "bboy" and "allstyles" can register in only one of these two categories.
With the participation of 200 national and international dancers, the GC Battles is an urban dance event that is both pedagogical and festive.
The 2017 edition will be dedicated to women, often with little media coverage in the urban dance community. Their presence will be, especially as judges and DJs.
The new release of this edition will be the Kidz Battle (less than 14 years).
