Renegades of Funk, ABC, and Power Style Radio presents the Writer's Bench 2018! Always at the historic Eagle statue in Logan Square and FREE for everyone! Hip Hop and the community coming together to create of the best Sundays in Chicago summer time! All ages!
Live graffiti battle put together by Bboy B and ABC! Breaking and all style battles! This year we are adding a couple things - a DJ scratch battle and later in the evening some social/partner dancing - Salsa, bachata, stepping, etc.
A few things to remember to help us execute this smoothly. Don't litter, be courteous to each other, and respect the fact that families will be out here having a good time as well. If you are not part of the staff, don't stand behind the DJ equipment like you're VIP. Give them space to operate. There will be a Porto Potty also - unisex.
