ADAPT is an open-style freestyle battle that incorporates challenges and concepts forcing dancers to change, adapt, and execute their movement in various, creative, and unique ways.

Battle format will be tournament style with the judges picking their Top 16 from the preliminary round. Dancers will battle 1 on 1 from there.
