為推動跨國界的青年文化藝術交流，青年廣場將聯同東華三院屯門綜合服務中心合力打造「街頭文化節 2019」，以街舞、塗鴉及街頭文化講座，連繫來自海外與本地的青年，並透過於文化中心舉辦的街舞比賽，展現藝術無界限，擴闊青年人的眼界，建立獨特的藝術創造力，活動包括下以項目：
To promote art and cultural exchange among regional youth, Youth Square collaborates with Tung Wah Groups of Hospital Tuen Mun Integrated Service Centre to host the “Street Culture Festival 2019” with a series of street culture elements including Street Dance, Graffiti and Street Culture Talk. The festival aims at connecting the local and overseas youth to demonstrate – “art without boundaries”. Youth are encouraged to widen their horizons, establish their confidence, as well as to unleash their infinite potential through a series of workshop:
