WHO IS JK47???
Jackie Agudo aka Bgirl JK-47 of Diamonds In The Rough Crew, can serve as a role model for multi-talented, hard-working artists everywhere. A recognized international competitor, she recently took top prize at Red Bull’s 2018 “BC One Camp USA B-Girl Cypher” in Houston. In addition to performing on a plethora of stages with Project Soul and with the Hip Hop Nut Cracker, she also travels throughout the U.S. and the world as a workshop facilitator with her current tour Amplified, teaching and inspiring people of all ages with her love and passion for the culture and art of street dance. Currently residing in Phoenix, Arizona, she hails from Vancouver, Canada, and she continues to be a leader and a representative of the Canadian bgirl scene.
Workshop overview:
Focus will be on increasing strength & stamina by learning HIIT exercises geared towards breaking and training techniques to get a better understanding on weight transfer and transitions . Followed by different methods on creation. Small movements and shapes takes a lot patience but definitely is another way to find ourselves and express who we are.
