PRAVILNIK URBAN DANCE CONTEST:
1. Pravo na sudjelovanje ostvaruju isključivo one koreografije koje su prijavljene na Dance Fest Poreč.
2. Prijave su otvorene do 15.3.2019. godine. Organizator zadržava pravo pomicanja roka.
3. Pravo sudjelovanja imaju plesači iz kategorija JUNIOR i SENIOR GRUPE i FORMACIJE.
4. Ocjenjuje se sveukupni umjetnički dojam.
5. Suci su nepristrani.
6. Pobjednik Urban dance contesta osvaja 500€ i direktan plasman na Gala večer.
7. Uvjet prisustvovanja je slanje video uratka koreografije, a 10 najboljih koreografija, odabranih od strane organizacije, nastupa na Urban dance contestu.
8. Uzet će se u obzir samo one prijave koje budu u skladu s pravilnikom i uputama ovog plesnog contesta.
9. Veličina pozornice je 10 x 10 m2.
10. Mjesto održavanja je Trg Slobode Poreč. U slučaju vremenskih neprilika, contest se otkazuje.
11. Vrijeme početka contesta je 6.4.2019. u 20 sati i 30 minuta. Svi plesači koji sudjeluju na contestu moraju doći na mjesto održavanja minimalno 30 minuta ranije, spremni za svoju izvedbu.
UPUTSTVA ZA PRIJAVU:
1. Potrebno je prijaviti koreografiju koja je prijavljena na Dance Fest Poreč.
2. Šaljete nam mail na dancefestporec@gmail.com.
3. U predmet maila bitno je upisati „URBAN DANCE CONTEST – REGISTRATION“.
4. U mailu šaljete naziv plesne skupine, broj plesača i video uradak koreografije (video šaljete preko određenih platforma za prijenos veće količine podataka, npr. Wetransfer).

RULES FOR URBAN DANCE CONTEST:
1. Only choreographies which are registered on Dance Fest Poreč have the right of participation.
2. Registrations are open until 15.03.2019. and the organizer owns the right to move the due date.
3. Dancers in the following categories have the right to participate: Junior and senior groups and formations.
4. The whole artistic impression gets evaluated.
5. The judges are impartial/objective.
6. The winner of the Urban dance contest wins 500€ and a direct placement on the Gala Night.
7. The term for competing is sending a video/ video montage of the choreography, and the 10 best choreographies chosen by the organizer will be competing on the Urban dance contest.
8. The ONLY accepted registrations will be those following the Rules and Instructions of this dance contest.
9. Stage size is 10 x 10 m2.
10. The venue for the event is Trg Slobode Poreč. In case of bad weather, the contest will be cancelled.
11. The start time is 6.4.2019. at 8:30 PM. All dancers who are performing at the contest, must arrive at the venue 30 minutes earlier, ready for their performance
INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION:
1. You must apply with a choreography which is registered on Dance Fest Poreč.
2. The choreographies must be sent to dancefestporec@gmail.com
3. It is important that You write "URBAN DANCE CONTEST - REGISTRATION" in the "subject" of the e-mail.
4. The e-mail must contain: the name of the dance group, the number of dancers and a video/video montage of the choreography which you wish to apply with. (The videos must be sent through platforms/applications for the transport of big data, for ex. "Wetransfer").
